Do we need laws to protect domains and make it a criminal offense to steal them? There have been many cases lately of stolen domains, but this time the responsible party has been identified due to some astute investigation. Domains live in internet, where, as we have seen many times lately, it is easy for a hacker to prey on them. There have been some cases lately that havenīt been prosecuted due to legal complications. Daniel Goncalvez, from Union, N.J. is free en bail and will face a jury on this felony.
